On this page (Lower Right Corner) you will find the chatbot known as Blue – Blue is a chatbot that will retrieve information on products included in the training curriculum. Here are some other tips and best practices for using Blue to answer questions and retrieve the correct and best answer:

Be Specific: When asking Blue a question, provide as much detail as possible. For example, rather than asking, “What is the deductible on the warranty?” ask “What is the deductible on the Tire and Wheel Protection plan?” Include Product or Plan Name: If you are asking about a specific product, mention its name or other unique identifiers to help Blue find the correct reference. This is important because each plan may have different benefits and limitations. Include Vehicle information: New, Used, year/make/model/odometer reading. Keep refreshing your browser if chatbot does not appear within a product page.
